| The flexible processing technology(FPT) is a new technology in recent years. It was concerned in automobile, food and medicine industry due to the advantages following: the flexible processing, the convenience arranging, easy controlling .higher efficiency and lower investment. This paper studied the flow designing and the application of FPT by the investigation about processing of poultry feed and aqua feed.Based on the existing divided processes of the poultry feed and the aqua feed products, the process combining the two producing lines was studied. The results indicated that, with the same throughput and product varieties, compared with the traditional process, the investment for FPT can be saving 25%-30%.The different processing of grinding, proportioning and mixing were studied. The results indicate that it had great influence on the efficency and the cost of the processing. The efficiency will be increased 40-50%, the processing cost will be decrease 20%~30% .compared with the traditional process. It has made great progress on the adaptability during the grinding of high-in-fat corn and fishmeal and the selection of raw materials. The choice of raw materials is nearly unlimited.The application in feed industry of recent 2 years indicated that the FPT can improve the feed productivity, stabilize the product quality and enhance the market competence of the feed manufacture. Considering the relation of FPT and the production scope, the bigger production scope and the more product varieties the company has, the advantages of investment, efficiency and cost are more obvious.The FPT can enlarge the selection of the raw materials , enhance the processing flexibleness , save the investment, decrease the processing cost, improve the productive efficiency , enhance the competition by used in feed processing .
