Thirty-seven Lambs of Suffolk(♂)×XiaoWeiHanYang(♀) were randomly divided into group A, B, C, D to study compounding, process technics and rearing effect of milk-replacer. Seven Lambs were fed by ewes as the control, and Thirty Lambs, which was gradually weaned in 10 days of age in group A, B, C, were fed by three milk-replaces containing milk for protein source separately, and ten lambs in each treatment. Body weight of lambs in each group was not affected in 10,15,25,35,45 days of age. In 55 days of age, group A, B,C ,which were fed by three milk replacers ,are similar(P>0.05),but significantly higher than group D(P<0.05). The ADG of group A was slightly lower than D but not significant(P>0.05). The ADG of Group B, C were significantly lower than that of group D(P<0.05).The ADG of 16~25,26~35 days age were not significantly (P>0.05)different in group A, B, C, D. The ADG of Group A, B, C in 45~55 days of age were higher significantly than the control (P<0.05), The ADG of group A,B,C were 365 g,323g,319g , respectively, and the control is only 151g . Withers height, heart girth of 55 days of age were not significant in four groups (P>0.05), but body length of lambs in group A is longer than that of group B. Plasma albumin, total protein, TAA and NEFA were not affected in four groups (P>0.05). PUN in group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).It is not only feasible that early-weaned lambs were fed by milk-replacer, but also better than ones fed by ewes in growth and development.
