This study was to discuss the feeding effects of the different levels nutrition milk-replacer in early-weaned lambs of alpine pastoral. Thirty 10-day-age lambs were randomly, divided into 5 groups.Lambs of group(E) with ewes milk as the control; Test group lambs which were weaned in 10-day-age and divided into A, B, C, D, Digest milk substitute energy(MJ/kg), crude protein(%)corresponding to18.5,23.0,20.0,25.0,21.5,27.0,23.0,29.0.The trial period to 90 days age. And collected the blood of ewes at regular interval to analyse the change of estradiol and progesterone.Analysed the change of ewes'body weight. Conclusions as follow:Results from the feeding trial indicated that feed intake of lamb milk-replacer in each group were not significantly different In the 10-30 and 30-50 age phase, (P>0.05). In primary and 10 day age, body weight of lambs in each group was not significantly different(P>0.05), accord with the test requirements; Body weight of lambs in each experimental group was not significantly differentin30,50 day of age(P>0.05),but significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);In 70 day age, body weight of each experimental group significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05)and C,D group significantly higher than those in A group(P<0.05); In 90-day age, C,D group significantly higher than those in A group(P<0.05), control group significantly higher than those A,B,C group (P<0.05)and D group was not significantly different(P>0.05).In 10-30 day age, daily gain of control group significantly higher than those each experimental group(P<0.05),each experimental group was not significantly different()P>0.05); In 30-50 day age, control group significantly higher than those each experimental group(P<0.05),C,D group significantly higher than those inA,B(P<0.05); In 50-70 day age,C,D,E group significantly higher than those in A P<0.05);In 70-90 day age, control group significantly lower than that of each experimental group(P<0.05),B,C,D group significantly higher than those A group(P<0.05);in 10-90 day age, the control group and C,D group significantly higher than those A group(P<0.05), the control group significantly higher than those B,Cgroup(P<0.05). Results from the slaughter experiment showed that on small bowel weight of lambs in each group was not significantly different(P>0.05), the small bowel index of lambs A group significantly higher than those other groupand B group significantly higher than those control group(P<0.05); Small bowel length of lambs control group significantly higher than thoseA,B,D group(P<0.05),the Small bowel length index of lambs control group and D group significantly higher than those A group(P<0.05); The rumen weight of lambs A group significantly lower than that of other group and B group significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05), the rumen index of lambs control group significantly lower than that of B,C,D group;the Liver index of lambs control group significantly lower than that of each experimental group. The Heart weigh of lambs control group significantly higher than those A group(P<0.05); The Spleen weight of lambs control group significantly higher than those A,B group and C,Dgroup significantly higher than those A group(P<0.05); The Spleen index of lambs D group significantly higher than those A group(P<0.05); The Kidney weight of lambs A group significantly lower than that of C,D,E group(P<0.05), the Kidney index of lambs control group significantly lower than that of each experimental group(P<0.05).In 10,40,80 day age, body weight of ewes in each group was not significantly different(P>0.05). In 40-80,10-80 day age, daily gain of ewes experimental group was significantly higher than those control group(P<0.05),In 10,40,80day age, estradiol of ewes in each group was not significantly different(P>0.05), progesterone of ewes in each group was not significantly different(P>0.05).These results indicated:that growth development condition of 10 days age weaned lambs fed with replacer milk of 29.0% crude protein,23.00MJ/kg digestible energy better than other test groups and has no significant compared with control groups in alpine pastoral areas; Early-weaning on lamb could help restore the ewe's body condition(weight)after post-natal and post-weaning, and prepare for the next propagate period as soon as possible.
