| According to the requirement of no-till planting in one crop a year region of North China, it is studied to satisfy the peasants' demands and improve the equipment system of conservation tillage inthis thesis.A small planter with whole profile modeling is developed in the paper, which is suitable to small power tractor in our country. What's more, its structure is simple and the cost is lower. In terms of the content, the research items include designing and testing six rows no-till wheat planter with whole profile modeling and include researching an opener of stagger double discs.The purpose of developing the seeder is to solve the problem of blocking caused by the small wheat row spacing. Through making stagger arrangement in two rails to increase the distance of two openers and adopting sidelong and vertical handles, stalks are easy to slide and fall off from the handles. The experiment results show that: though the seeder adopts whole profile modeling, the sowing quality is good because of the small unevenness of the part surface for the compact structure and small span of the whole planter; it can avoid blocking owing to the stalk falling off easily.Stagger double discs opener is researched to solve the problems of blocking easily and pushing out stubble to make covering difficult for sharp-angled opener. Through increasing stagger distance of the two discs and optimizing the parameters of diameter and the others to realize one disc cutting stalk, chopping stubble and opening, while the other disc broadening the width of opening to satisfy the width demand of applying fertilizer and sowing seeds separately, it can improve penetrating performance of the opener. The experiment results approve that the opener has good performance of anti-blocking, but it needs biggish positive press. When the bob-weight is 350 kg and the gross weight is 570 kg, the performances of penetrating depth and cutting stubbles are excellent in trials, which makes sure that the opener is worth of research.
