Five and six-year-old grape of 2 cultivars Vitis vinifera LJingxiu and Vitis vinifera L.87-1 were studied in greenhouses. In order to improve light intensity and light quality, different reflector materials under canopy were used to find out its effect on growth and berry quality of grape.It showed that the highest albedo of different materials and whole light intensity was obtained from Polyester Film Plating Aluminum (AF), that of which is poorer in Changing Light Film (CF),Red Film (RF),Iron Board Plating zinc(IB),Blue Film (BF) to control. The treament of BF's percentage of blue light (400~500nm) in whole light energy (400~800nm) was highest and it decreased the percentage of green light (500~600nm ) . The treatment of RF's percentage of blue light and green light were lowest, but its percentage of red light and far-red light were lowest too. Comparing with control, the treament of IB, CF and AF's didn't change light quality much.Before blooming of two cultivars,the content of chlorophyll a and b in the leaves of the treatments of BF and RF were lower than the control's, but the ratio of chlorophyll a/b rised,but it hadn't much change comparing with AF's. Comparing with control, the treaments of IB, CF and AF's didn't change much. Of two cultivars,net photosynthetic rate of leaves of the treaments of BF's and RF's were higher than the control's, and total growth quantity was so too. The treaments of BF,RF, CF and AF's had better effect than the control's on grape berry quality, and BF and FR were the best. The treament of IB didn't change much although it was better than control's.The results obtained in the experiments lead to the conclusion that it could improve net photosynthetic rate of grape leaves, total growth quantity and berries quality by improve light intensity, and increasing the percentage of blue light, red light,and far-red light, and decreasing the percentage of green light. We can choose BF and RF as the reflector materials in yield , it would be the best reflector material if it have high albedo of blue and red light but low albedo of green light.
