| Tomato and the flowering Chinese cabbage were objected to study the mechanism of bio-organic manure on improving yield and quality of vegetable, through compare the effect of chemical fertilizer and bio-organic manure by different treatments. The results of the study indicated that:1. Using bio-organic manure could decreas soil bulk density, specific gravity and salt content (EC), enhance soil porosity and cation exchange capacity (CEC), the drop range of pH in soil was smaller than that of the control (only using chemical fertilizer); And it could improve the contents of organic matter, alkali- hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and potassium in soil.2. Bio-organic manure could stimulate the growth of tomato roots, increase root's quantity and activity, enhance the contents of chlorophyll, N, P and K of tomato, improve photosynthetic and transpiration efficiency. Improve leaf number and stem height, lower the position of the first flower on the main stem and earlier flowering than that of the control, promote the plant growth effectly. In the same case, bio-organic manure could improve the flowering Chinese cabbage's leaf area and plant weight, keep plant vigorous growth.3. Using bio-organic manure could enhance the soluble solid substance in tomato by1.3%-10.8%, decrease nitrate content by 14.1%-26.5%; The higest yield treatment was A, which equal amounts of nutrient to CK, was 1258.1 kg ·667m-2 and $784 ·667m-2 higher than thatof the control; Treatment B, which equal cost to CK, was 837.8 kg · 667m"2and Y219 · 667m"2 higher than that of the control; Treatment C, which equal cost to CK, was 1058.1 kg · 667m"2 and $500 · 667m"2 higher than that of the control.4. Using bio-organic manure could decrease nitrate content by 8.5%-19.2%; Under equal costto CK, treatment A, which only using bio-organic manure, was 302.4 kg · 667m"2 and Y361 · 667m"2 higher than that of the control; Treatment B, which bio-organic manure and potassium fertiliazer combination, was 544.2 kg ·667m"2 and Y655 ·667m"2 higher than that of the control; The higest yield treatment was A, which bio-organic manure and chemical fertiliazer combination, was 696.6 kg · 667m"2 and Y836 · 667m"2 higher than that of the control. |
