Histological changes of 10 eighteen-month-old Aerbasi cashmere's omasal and abomasal mucosa have been studied with the basical anatomical way,histology-sliced way and sanning way on different raising conditions that they are grazed and yard-raising . The results: omasal volume is biggest on grazed goats(i.e.G1), second on hay-raised goats(i.e.H)and smallest on green-grass-raised goats(i.e.G2). G1 contrast prominently with H and G2 (p<0.01),the between H and G2 is prominent(p<0.05),it is coherent with the first study[1]. Omasal folds is highest in G1,the between H and G2 is opposite to the first study[1]. The characteristic of folds are different following the individual difference. The thicknesses of muscle layers ,horny layers ,and central muscularis are different among G1,H and G2,their difference is arising, too. The epithelium variety is obvious among three groups goat. Omasal lip is overage between omasu and obomasum, and its cell shape is similituded fundic gland's. Obomasal volume is biggest in H, second in G2 and smallest in G1 ,the different is prominent(p<0.05) among three groups goat.It is variational that height of gland region and thicknesses of mucosal muscle layers among three groups goat. The characteristic of cells are distinct in fundic gland region, cardiac gland region and pyloric gland region.
