Study Of Morphologic Variety Of Aerbasi Cashmere's Small Intestine Mucosa On Different Raising Conditions

The varieties of the small intestine of the morphological eight-month-old Aerbasi goats are raised by different conditions (grazing freely, yard feeding) are investigated by naked eyes observing and materials and methods.The result of naked eye indicated : small intestine length is the longest on grazed goats(i.e.G1),second on green-grass-raised goats (i.e.G2)and the shortest on hay-raised (i.e.H).The result of the light microscopy observing suggested that the was of small intestine was composed of tunica mulosa layers, submucosa layers, tunica muscularis and tunica serosa. Tunica mulosa layers is contained epithelium, tunica propria mucosae, tunica muscularis mucosae. Tunica mulosa layers and submucosa layers of G2 is the thickest and H is the thinnest. Inside wreath a muscle and outside muscle are both G1 thickest,G2 is thinnest in Inside wreath a muscle,H is thinnest in Outside muscle. G2 is the biggest in tunica propria mucosae and duodenal gland tube path. G1 is smallest.H is the longest and thinnest in Intestinal villus and duodenal gland tube path epithelium,G1 is the shortest in Intestinal villus duodenal gland tube path epithelium.Crypt thickness is thicknest in G1; In duodenum ,lots of columnar cell is found in G1 ,s intestine, goblet cell is rare.G2 ,s litter than G1 on columnar cell, goblet cell is increased.G2 ,s columnar cell is equal G1, goblet cell is increased than G2.three group cell ,s is similally in jejunum and ileum,but Paneth,s cell is less than Hand G2 in ileum.
