Study Of Morphologic Variety Of Aerbasi Cashmere's Rumen And Reticulum's Mucosa On Different Raising Conditions

The varieties of the rumen﹑reticulum contents﹑relation structure﹑musoca morphological structure and papillae morphological variety of the morphological seventeen-month-old Aerbasi goats,which is ten goats are raised by different conditions which is four goats are grazing( i.e. grazing group), three goats are feed on green grass in summer and autumn with a little of supplement in winter and spring (i.e. grass group), others goats are feed on dry grass with a lot of concentrate supplement(i.e. dry grass group).There were investigated by naked eyes observing and materials and methods.The result of studies indicated :cubage of rumen and reticulum are growth between eight-month-old and eightteen-month-old ,and reticulum is very quickily developed in this stage,which is the fastest growth in grazing group and cubage is the biggest, dry grass group is the slowest and cubage is the smallest.Sulcus ruminis sinistes pilae is incomplete,which there is no pilae ruminis about seven-nine cm. Fewer fabaceous papillae can fide in the pilae ruminis surface. there is about 1-3cm papillaes arera of rumen musoca under ostium ruminioreticulare. papillaes of rumen musoca are all the highest in dry grass group except above saccus dorsalis, the second is grazing group and the lowest is grass group;widthness of papillaes are all the widthest in grazing group except above saccus dorsalis, dry grass group is the smallest;density of papillaes are the most densitiest in the grazing group, the second is grass group and the fewer densitiest is dry grass group;rumen and reticulum musoca papillaes poly angle : the thickest is dry grass group, the second is grazing group and the thinnest is grass group;the thickest of rumen tunica muscularis mucosae is grazing group, the second is grass group and the thinnest is dry grass group; the number of reseau of reticulum is manifold with reticulum cubage augmentation, the most is grazing group, the second is grass group and the least is dry grass group.Scan electricity microscopy indicated: the biggest﹑longest and orderliness column papillaes are in rumen musoca surface,which is the most densitiest in the grazing group, the fewer densitiest is dry grass group, the second is grass group; the best poly angle degree is the dry grass group, the second is grazing group,the lastest is grass group; small and big nonequal taper papillaes in reticulum musoca surface,which is the upgrowthest...
