Study Of Zinc,Selenium Absorption Regularity Of Spring Wheat And Their Enrichment Technology

Using the methods of field experiment, chemical analysis and biological statistics, effects of zinc,selenium fertilizers with plants on Zn,Se absorbtion and enrichment of spring wheat were systematically studied. Effects of zinc,selenium and their interaction on the yield were made clear. Effect of zinc,selenium fertilizer on the contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Se in seedling period. And effects of applying zinc,selenium fertilizer on Zn Se contents. The amount of accumulation and distribution of the whole boby and all organs in all growth periods were illuminated. The absortion dynamic models of Zn,Se of different treats were established. Meanwhile the greatest amount of Zn,Se fastest absorbtion rate and their appearing time were elucidated. Effects of different treatments on thousand seed weight,volume weight,crude protein content and the contents of P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Se 9 elements of kernels were analyzed. On the base of the relation between applying amounts of zinc,selenium fertilizer and Zn Se contents, simple and appropriate technology of produeing spring wheat enriched Zn and Se were gained.
