The results are following:( 1 ) In the foundation of synthesizing the studying the current situation of forest fire both at home and abroad, by investigate every part of the forest fire disaster, used material object quantity loss index, the loss index of magnitude of value and the comprehensive index of the condition of a disaster index systems, and combining the study of forest resource asset assessment, operational research, accountancy, assessment studying, ecology economics etc, according to the forest fire disaster has, the paper divides the loss of forest fire into the direct economic loss, indirect economic loss and ecological environment loss . Herein, it excluded the defects that the used theory and method tend to only estimated part of the realistic loss in the passed evaluation system of ecological environment of forest fire disasters.(3) Additional, the paper estimated the loss of ecological benefits in the year when forest fire disasters happened , it also made use of growing model ,taking thirty years as the cyclic period of felling by turn, then it created corresponding evaluation model, so as to make continuous corresponding evaluation about the ecological benefits loss after forest disasters.
