The experiment investigated the quality of growth and development and the change of anatomy structures of WUHEZAOHONG grape branches, leaves and fruits after the treatment .It used different training types and controlling of different concentration of PP333 on the basis of analyzing the reason of the spindling of branches and leaves of greenhouse grape. ⑴The growth trends of new shoots of greenhouse grape using different training types are different after PP333 treatment were different. And the growth curve of new shoots of horizontal training type was much parallel that of vertical training type. At the same time, the growth rate and length of new shoots of horizontal training type both decreased. ⑵Using horizontal training type and proper chemical controlling for greenhouse grape could effectively prevent new shoots from spindling, which could make the growth state of greenhouse grape be that of open land grape. The optimal concentration of PP333 was 1500mg/kg. ⑶After spraying PP333 on the leaves of new shoots greenhouse grape, the effective period of controlling spindling was only 23d or so. ⑷The inhibition of spraying PP333 on the new shoots of greenhouse grape to the development of secondary xylem cell correlated positively with the concentration of PP333. And the inhibition to the horizontal training type was more obvious than to the vertical training type. ⑸The content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and the total chlorophyll of greenhouse grape leaves was increased dramatically after spraying PP333, and the optimal concentration of PP333 was 1500mg/kg. ⑹With horizontal training type, the thickness of palisade tissue, thickness of sponge tissue, total thickness, the content of chlorophyll, neat photosynthesis rate of the leaves and the weight of fruit spike and the content of total sugar are all obviously bigger than with vertical type. And if using PP333, these items all increased obviously. What'more, the optimal concentration of PP333 for the vertical training type was 2000mg/kg, while that of the horizontal training type was 1500mg/kg. ⑺The transpiration rate of leaves, stoma conductance and the concentration of CO2 in the cell gaps were less affected by PP333, and the effect is not regular. But these items were affected by the training type to some degree. ⑻In order to control effectively the spindling of new shoots and increase the quality of branches, buds, leaves and fruits, you'd better take the horizontal training type instead of the vertical training type.
