The study includes two tests: 1) Study of optimized diet of Yanbian Yellow cattle pregnant cows pregnant cows cattle 2).Study of Yanbian Yellow calves milk replacerTest one: Sixteen Yanbian Yellow cattle pregnant cows were randomly divided into four groups, which were last three months in the pregnancy period. There were three different kinds of combined diet at different nutrition levels in test 1 > test 2 and test 3, but the basic diet in control. In the study, the effect of different diet combination and nutrition level on dry matter intake(DMI)and apparent digestibility of total alimentary canals, calves birth weight(CBW), weight at 7 days and blood index of cows were studied, so we can choose the optimized diet which fits Yanbian Yellow cattle pregnant cows from them. The results were shown as follows:1 , DMI in test 1 , test 2 and test 3 all were significantly higher than control(p<0.01), and the apparent digestibility of DM, EE, CP, ASH, NFC were increased.2 , The blood index were in the natural range, serum TP in test 1 , test 2 and test 3 were significantly higher than control(p<0.01); serum ALB in test land test 2 were significantly higher than control(p<0.01),serum ALB in test 3 was higher than control(p<0.05). GLO, GPT, LDH, Ca, P, Mg in test 1 , test 2 and test 3 all were significantly higher than control(p<0.01); CHO, ALP in test 2 were higher than control(p<0.05); GOT, K in test 1 and test 2 were higher than control(p<0.05); serum C1 in test 2 and test 3 were higher than control(p<0.05); GLU, TG, BUN, Fe in test 1 , test 2 and test 3 were higher than control ,but the difference was not significant (p>0.05),and in all blood index, serum Ca in test 1 and test 2 were significantly higher than test 3,but others were not significantly different among test 1, test 2 and test 3(p>0.05).3, CBW respectively were 31.95kg^ 28.82kg, 27.13kg in test 1 , test 2 and test 3,but it was 25.78kg in control, CBW were respectively increased by 23.93%,11.79% , 5.24% than control, test 1 was the highest among them, it was significantly higher than control(p<0.05).4, From birth to 7days , the body weight gain in test 1 , test 2 and test 3 all were higher than control, which were respectively increased by 29.10%, 17.75%, 8.98%, the difference in test 1 was significant(p<0.05), differences among other groups were not significant(p>0.05).The body weight gain in total period and daily weight gain from birth to 7 days in test 1 , test 2 and test 3 were higher than control, which were respectively increased by 64.71%, 59.09% and 35.03%, differences in test 1 and test 2 were significantly higher than control(p<0.01), differences among other groups were not significant(p<0.05).Test two: Sixteen healthy Yanbian Yellow cattle calves were born by Yanbian Yellow cattle cows, which have close parturition date, close weight of postpartum cows, similar constitution appearance, similar milk performance. These close CBW calves were randomly divided and partnered into 4 groups which were test 1, test2, test 3 and control. In control, calves were lactated by lactating cattle ,which were feed only by traditional means; In test 1 > test 2 and test 3 , calves were respectively lactated by lactating cattle and were feed with milk replaced, milk replacer 2 and milk replacer 3,which were adopted early-weaned at 4 months. In the study, the effect of milk replacer in early-weaned period on growth and blood index of Yanbian Yellow cattle calves were studied .The results were shown as follows:1 ,The weaned weight were respectively higher than control by 25.00%,29.86%, 42.01%,and the difference in test 3 was significant(p<0.05),but differences among other groups were not significant(p>0.05). Before 3 months, differences of body weight gain among each months were not significant among tests and control (p>0.05), from 3 months to 4 months, differences of body weight gain among each month were significantly higher than control (p<0.01). The total body weight gain and daily weight gain from birth to 4 months in test 1 , test 2 and test 3 were respectivelyhigher than control by 35.27%^ 44.06%* 57.58%, the difference in test 3 was significantly higher than test 1 ^ test 2 and control, and the difference between test 3 and control was significant (p<0.05).2 > All body sizes in test 1, test 2 and test 3 were higher than control when calves were 4 months, body length in test 3 was higher than control (p<0.05); hip bone wide in test 1 ,test 2 and test 3 were higher than control(p<0.05),but differences among tests were not significant(p>0.05). From 1 month to 4 months, the increase amounts of body length chest round and canno round were higher than control(p<0.05). In different periods, the increase amounts of body sizes in tests were higher than control, but differences were not same.3 > The total blood index of tests all were in the normal range, differences of serum TP, ALB, GLO, GPT, ALP, LDH, GLU, CHO, BUN, TG, Fe,Na, Mg,P between test 1 > test 2^ test 3 and control were not significant(p>0.05);GOT in test 1 was higher than test 2 and control(p<0.05), GOT in test 3 was higher than control(p<0.05), differences among other groups were not significant(p>0.05); serum K in test 1 and test 2 were higher than control(p<0.05), differences among other groups were not significant(p>0.05); serum Cl in control was higher than test 1 ^ test 2 and test 3, differences between control and test 2> test 3 were significant(p<0.05), differences among other groups were not significant(p>0.05).
