Developing pollution-free agriculture and yielding pollution-free products for improving market competition of products, urging agricultural industry update and assuring safety of ecological environment and food become one of significant strateges target of sustainable development in our country. Rational uses of chemical pesticides were one of the technology assurance for pollution-free agriculture development. This paper was divided into three parts: Part â…  was the selection trial of efficacy of chemical pesticides in the management of main rice diseases and pests; Part â…¡ studied on apply technology of new plant protection machine sprayer WS-16; In part â…¢ sustainable control technology of many kinds of pests applying once were studied at the stage of rice seeding, though which, concerned with present level of application in our province, a control system of chemical pesticides controlled main rice diseases and pests was introduced, and offered references for production executive standard or regulation of pollution-free in paddy fields. The chief results was summarized as follows:1. The first part showed that 45% prochloraz EW 30 ml per 667 square meter controlling rice blast(Piricularia oryzae Car), 5% fipronil SC 30 ml per 667 square meter or 5% fipronil SC 20 ml per 667 square meter + 8% triazophos EM 80 ml per 667 square meter controlling rice stem borer (Chilo suppressalis), 48% chlorpyrifos EC 70 ml per 667 square meter or 5% fipronil SC 20 ml per 667 square meter + 18% dimehypo AS 400 g per 667 square meter controlling rice leaf folder (Cnaphalocrocis medinalis), 20% imidacloprid SL 8 ml per 667 square meter or 20% actara WG 2 g 8 ml per 667 square meter controlling rice planthoppers(Nilaparvata lugens) , 25% tebuconazole EW 15 ml per 667 square meter controlling rice false smut(Ustilaginoidea virens (Cooke)Tak.)all had great control effects. Those pesticides were the ideal option for rice diseases and pests.2. There were 4 advantages though applying new sprayer WS-16 and adopting...
