This study direct perilla seed smallness,seeding emergence of seedlings difficulty, thinning labour intensity large grade problem, try adopt single factor randomized block experimental design, adopt rearing of seedling transplant to study at planting density definite condition , several stub per cave plan system impact out to perilla growth development course and output constituent. The result showed: 1.Adopt several stub per cave plan system, perilla colony have sufficiency photic condition and stalk altitude lower, the branches to move up. Three stub per cave dispose have got positive effect to prolong blade area.2.Adopt several stub per cave plan system makes the whole stub of perilla bloom time 6-7 days in advance, and be advantageous to perilla whole stub to divide in the lower part efflorescence ,about 10 days in advance. Average single plant valid spike number and grain number increased.3. In order to reduce perilla droping grain, make certain feasible harvest perilla seed character is important. This study confirmed perilla seed character in feasible harvest.4. the yield that three stubs per cave handle tallest in three treat, amount to; Compared with other two treatments, increased by 43.35%. amount to 0.01 prominence level.With the result show, Three stub per cave plan system is a sort of deserve generalized planting mode.
