This paper studied the different concentration of ABA and FA to several physiological indexes which included stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, photosynthesis, leaf water potential, biological yield(tree high, ground foot-path) and survival rate of Ligustrum lucidum Ait, Populus euramericana and Robinia pseudoacacia, then discussed the different concentration of two kinds of antitranspirant effected on the drought-resistance of three kinds of plant in order to find the best concentration which effected on three kinds of plant and to wide the application of antitranspirant in the forestry and improve survival rate of stock in arid semi-arid region and enhance the drought-resistance of the nursery stock; so we can provide the theoretic underlie to fight against drought and economy water.The concentration curve of ABA and FA were 0.01 g/L-1, 0.02 g/L-1, 0.03 g/L-1, 0.04g/L-1, 0.05 g/L-1 and 1.5 g/L-1, 2.0g/L-1, 2.5g/L-1, 3.0g/L-1, 3.5 g/L-1 separately, we can draw the following conclusions by using ABA and FA to three kinds of nursery stock:1 ABA and FA can suppress stomatal conductance of three kinds of plant notably. The result of ABA and FA were obvious to Ligustrum lucidum Ait and Populus euramericana ; their stomatal conductance decreased by 31.3%, 33.3% respectively by using ABA, but decreased by 28.9% and 29.1% by using FA ; Robinia pseudoacacia were treated by ABA and FA decreasing amplitude relatively light, its stomatal conductance decreased by 21.7% and 19. 6%.The each concentration of ABA (0.030.05g/L-1) and FA (2.53.5 g/L-1) can suppress stomatal conductance of three kinds of plant notably, but the concentration 0.05 g/L-1 of ABA is the best among the treatments from the result of the experiment.2 ABA and FA can reduce rate of transpiration of nursery stock notably. The transpiration rate of Populus euramericana reduced by 26.3%, which was the best after being treated by ABA; but the result of Ligustrum lucidum Ait was the worst, reducing by 21.5%. The reducing law of transpiration rate of Ligustrum lucidum Ait , Populus euramericana and Robinia pseudoacacia treated by FA was the same as ABA.The each concentration of ABA (0.030.05g/L-1) and FA (2.53.5 g/L-1) can suppress of transpiration rate of three kinds of plant notably, but the concentration0.05 g/L"1 of ABA 3.5 g/L"1 of FA were the best among the treatments from the experiment.3 The photosynthesis of Ligustrum lucidwn Ait> Populus euramericana and Robinia pseudoacacia, were decreased by ABA, but the reducing range of Ligustrum lucidum Ait was little (1.9%) and Populus euramericana was large (11.5 % ) .FAcan improve the photosynthesis of them; the range of Populus euramericana was large(19.7%) ; that of Ligustrum lucidumAit was small (10.2% ) .4 ABA and FA can stop the decline of leaf water potential of Ligustrum lucidum Ait> Populus euramericana and Robinia pseudoacacia. The leaf water potential of Ligustrum lucidumAit treated by ABA and FA declined less, and improved leaf water potential equallylO.4% > 10. 1%; Robinia pseudoacacia treated by ABA and Populus euramericana treated by FA average to raise range to be the same, 14.3%. Populus euramericana treated by ABA and Robinia pseudoacacia treated by FA average to raise range to be the same basically, it is 13.5% and 13.3%. Among them, in each density, ABA (0. 04-0. 05 g/L'1) and FA(3. 0-3. 5 g/L1) influences the leaf water potential of the nursery stock remarkably.5 The growing of the nursery stock is effected by ABA and FA inconsistently. ABA don't promote high growing amount of Ligustrum lucidum Ait Populus euramericana, but it can promote the high growing of Robinia pseudoacaci; FA can increase high growing amount of three kinds of nursery stock, especially Ligustrum lucidum Ait, improving by 54.7%; but Populus euramericana improving by 5.9% only; Robinia pseudoacacia lies between two. Among each density, the obvious result is 5 g/L"1, 2. 5 g/L"1 takes second place.6 ABA and FA can improve survival rate of transplant of Ligustrum lucidum Ait^ Populus euramericana and Robinia pseudoacacia. Survival rate of transplant of Ligustrum lucidum Ait and Populus euramericana treated by ABA raise notably, increasing by 18.7% and 16. 7% separately, but ABA can't influence remarkably on the survival rate of the Robinia pseudoacacia. 0. 04 g/L"1 and 0.03 g/L"1 are better among the each concentration of ABA, and survival rate of three kinds seedling is more than 90.0%. FA influence on the survival rate of three nursery stock remarkable. Survival rate of Ligustrum lucidum Ait treated by FA is the most, increasing by 18. 7 %; but the result of Robinia pseudoacacia is unremarkable, increasing by 13.3% only. 2.5 g/L"1 is the best among the each concentration of FA, survival rate of three kinds of nursery stock and is more than 93.0%.7 ABA and FA can improve the drought-resistance of Ligustrum lucidum Ait> Populus euramericana and Robinia pseudoacacia.
