In Flammulina velutipes market, almost all people are favor of white fruit-body. While in our country, white Flammulina velutipes strains used are little and almost all from Japan. Therefore, it is no time to delay to breed our own varieties. In the studies, the relationship and the incompatibility factors among 32 stains(14 yellow strains, 18 white strains)we collected were studied systematically. On the basis of these results, the way to breed white strains with high yield and good quality was also studied.1. Genetic relationship of 32 strains RAPD molecular marker technology was used in analyzing the relationship of the Flammulina velutipes strains we collected. 7 primers generating reproducible RAPD bands was selected out from 200 primers, and a dendrogram was constructed using UPGMA(Unweighted Pair-group Method Using Arithmetic Average) for clustering analysis. The results indicated that 32 strains could be divided into 7 groups. The white strains were clustered to same group, and their genetic polymorphilism was poor, while the yellow strains could be clustered to 6 groups, and the genetic polymorphism was rich. It was accordant to the practice of Flammulina velutipes production.2. Analysis of the incompatibility factors of the 32 strains Analysis of the incompatibility factors included in these monokaryons derived from the 32 strains was made by using single spore isolation. Ten different A factors and eight different B factors of these strains were determined. Combining the genetic relationship analysis and mating type factors analysis, two results had positive correlation: white groups hold high similarly mating type facors, while yellow ones have rich mating type factors. According to the incompatibility factors analysis, 30 single spore strains were selected as standard stains for identifying incompatibility factors.3. breeding for Flammulina velutipes with white fruit-body strains and goode quality...
