The research can be divided into 4 experiment as following:1 The inhibiting experiment against IBDV on CEFWe chose the crude extracts of 20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines (Floslonnicerae, Isatidis etc) and carried out inhibiting experiment against IBDV on chicken embryo fibroblast(CEF). The result showed that: there are 11 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines can inhibit IBDV at different extent, and among which there are 4 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines can inhibit IBDV completely.2 Experiment of Chinese herbal medicines inhibit IBDV in chicken embryoMixed all kinds of Chinese herbal medicine liquids with IBDV liquid quantity and inoculated them to chicken embryo. The result showed that: the living rate of chicken embryo of Flos lonnicera, Isatidis, Floium isatidis, Herba taraxaci, Lithospeami arinebiae, Rhizoma coptidis, Glycyrrhizae and Astragali group is notably higher than that of other Chinese herbal medicines, and the IBDV drips is notably lower than that of the other Chinese herbal medicine groups; The IBDV drips of dead chicken embryo of Chinese herbal medicine group is notably lower than that living chicken embryo; The living rate of chicken embryo of Chinese herbal medicines test group is notably lower than that of NaCl control group and the IBDV drip is higher than that of later. The living rate of chicken embryo of Chinese herbal medicines test group is notably higher than that of IBDV inoculation control group and the IBDV drip is lower notably than that of later.3 Experiment of Chinese herbal medicine prescription strengthen IBDV immunity effectMade 20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines into heat-eliminating and blood-cooling prescription, anti-virus prescription, immunity-strengthen prescription and disease-eliminating comprehensive prescription and carried out strengthen IBDV immunity effect experiment. The effect of the immunity-strengthening Chinese herbal medicines is obvious and that of disease-eliminating comprehensive prescription group is the best. As the inflammation is eliminating, the total number of the blood leukocyte, T cell percentage increased step by step, the bursal index, spleen index decreased step by step. As the inflammation was eliminated completely, the bursal index and spleen index decreased step by step. As the chicken is 30 days old, the above index of disease-eliminating comprehensive prescription group is the most excellent.
