The Preventive And Therapeutic Effects On Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Of Gout Caused By Renal Type IBV Of Artificial Infection

This experiment mainly study that Chinese herbal medicine how to prevent and treat theyoung chicken gout which was caused by nephroticinfections Bronchitis virus by infection.With400Hailan chicken, aged37days, as the materials, and randomly divided into8groups, one group of control, TCM control and virus, two groups of virus, one group of herbalprevention, two groups of herbal prevention, one group of herbal therapeutic, two groups ofherbal therapeutic, and50chicken for each group. At5th day, taken the challenged group toartificial intranasal against poison according to the testing results of median lethal dose,10^-6/0.2ml, of chicken embryo, the vaccination titer of virus allantoic fluid of group virus one,group herbal therapeutic one, group herbal prevention one is10-15/0.2ml, and0.2ml each; thevaccination titer of virus allantoic fluid of group virus two, group herbal therapeutic two,group herbal prevention two is10^-6/0.2ml, and0.2ml each; the control is left intact. The TCMcontrol takes the mixed liquids of Chinese herbal medicine without attack. When the chickenstarting to die the herbal therapeutic group one and two continuous taken mixed liquids ofChinese herbal medicine for4days. Take autopsy and histopathological observation at12th,19th,26thdays, and determine serum index, lipid peroxide in kidney mitochondria andantioxidase enzyme index. The results indicated as follows:1. The chicken of control and herbal control group is normal, and the chicken of virusgroup ejects urate feces, and the kidney showed mottled with significant mortality.2. Herbal prevention group one have several death, and the remaining are normal. Theherbal prevention group two shows normal. Compared with the control, the total weight ofkidney, ALT, AST, UA, CR, MDA, XOD, SOD content in serum and MDA, XOD, SOD ofkidney mitochondria content is not significant （P>0.05）, however, compared with virus group,there is a significant change.3. Herbal therapeutic group have several death, and group one is more obvious.Compared with control, at19thdays of experiment the total kidney weight of group oneincreases （P<0.01）, and AST, SOD content increases （P<0.05）, and CR content increases（P<0.01）, MDA of kidney mitochondria content shows no significant difference （P>0.05）. Asfor the group two, the total kidney weight of group one increases （P<0.05）, and AST, SODcontent shows no significant difference （P>0.05）, CR content increases （P<0.05）, MDA ofkidney mitochondria content decrease （P<0.01）. Compared with virus group, as for group one,the CR content decrease （P<0.01）, SOD content increase （P<0.05）, MDA of kidneymitochondria content decrease （P<0.01）; as for group two, CR and AST content decrease（P<0.05）, SOD content increase （P<0.01） and MDA of kidney mitochondria content decrease（P<0.01）.The Mixed liquid of Chinese herbal medicine shows very good prevention and cureeffects to Gout of younger hens...
