Study On Applying Modern Educational Technology To Planting Courses In Vocational Schools And Colleges

While the environments of modern educational technology in the vocational schools continually improved and promptly developed, it is a severe problem to all of teachers worked in the vocational schools that how to apply modern educational technology to the teaching course. In this paper, three methods were used, such as investigation, documents analysis and case study, and so on. The strategies of using modern educational technology to planting courses were concluded in here by means of investigating and analyzing the characters of planting courses and testing in the teaching practice in Gansu Agricultural Vocation-Technical College.There are five parts in this dissertation as follows:Part one: Introduction. The problems were present, and the situation of study, study line and study methods were introduced.Parts two: The characters of planting courses and the situation of teaching. Because the planting courses have their special characters in practices, seasons, technique, territory, it must emphasized that combination of practice and theory, and culture of the abilities needed in professional stations during the teaching-learning process.Basing on the investigation and analysis, it can be concluded that the main problems in planting courses involve the outdated teaching contents, simple teaching methods and low-level application of modern educational technology.Part three: The strategies of application of modern educational technology in planting courses. The teaching contents and teaching purposes are determined by the cultural aims and professional qualities, the teaching media are befittingly chosen depended on teaching contents and student's characteristics, the keystones and difficulties of class teaching are broken through by selecting the cut-in points of applying modern educational technology, the shortages of facilities are supplied by applying modern educational technology to create the simulative situations, the level of applications are increasingly improved by means of receiving student's feedbacks,all of which are discussed so that expatiate how to apply modern educational technology to planting courses.Part four: the trial of applying modern educational technology to the teaching process of planting courses. We have applied the modem educational technology to the teaching of planting courses, such as Vegetable Culture, Fruit Tree Culture and Field Crop Culture, consequently, some ideas are put forward.Part five: Conclusion. The efficiency of application was evaluated and whole research works were concluded, by the way, the shortages of this study were pointed out and should been strengthen in later study.
