For a long time,the extensive agricultural production mode of our country has brought a series of serious problems,which not only worsen the ecological environment,but also hinder the long-term stable development of rural economy.Therefore,an ecological-friendly agricultural development model is needed to solve the problems faced by agriculture.In accordance with the principle of "3R" development,the transformation of agricultural mode of production,the promotion of efficient use of emergy and the protection of eco-friendly development are the agricultural models conforming to the concept of sustainable development.In recent years,the practice of circular agriculture has sprung up throughout the country,forming many typical models.Whether these models are economical and effective,and whether they can be popularized in a large area need to be judged and evaluated scientifically.The existing research on circular agricultural evaluation mainly focuses on qualitative analysis and ignores quantitative analysis for scientific evaluation.In this paper,after combing the relevant theories of circular agriculture,the research status at home and abroad,we take the first and the only cooperative farm in Taicang,Donglin cooperative farm,which is mainly managed by the collective management of the village,as a case study.By using emergy analysis method,the emergy total input and total output of modern"grass-sheep-field" circulatory system and single farming system in cooperative farm were studied,and the evaluation system of emergy index was established,and 8 emergy indexes were selected.Compare and evaluate the system sustainability of circulatory system and non-circulatory system,and investigate the evaluation of circular agriculture by farmers in Donglin Village,and test the effectiveness of circulatory system.In order to provide reference for other villages with circular agricultural production conditions.The results of this paper are as follows:(1)The emergy analysis method has advantages in evaluating the circular agriculture system.The principle of energy analysis method is to use the solar energy value to measure the input and output of various aspects of the agricultural system,and to analyze the internal operation of the system in depth,especially to calculate the input of natural resources.Compared with the existing evaluation index system of cyclic agriculture,it takes into account the development characteristics of circular agriculture,and can effectively reflect the impact of the system on the ecological environment.(2)The external inducement "unified implementation in the whole village"is the main factor for farmers to participate in circular agriculture.The villagers in Donglin have a higher degree of cognition to the circular agriculture and contribute to the increase of the collective economic strength of the village.Among the factors that promote farmers to participate in the construction of circular agriculture,the external inducement is mainly the "unified implementation in the whole village",measures by the grass-roots government.The internal driving force of farmers is "spontaneous demand",in which "increasing income" is the dominant internal driving force.The main factor that farmers have not directly involved in the cycle of agricultural production is that there are other suitable jobs.The government shall,in light of the factors affecting the participation of the farmers,promote agricultural production projects according to local conditions and implement corresponding incentive measures so as to increase the willingness of the farmers to participate.(3)The modern "grass-sheep-field" combined circulatory system is a good production mode of ecological and economic.benefit.Comparing the system of energy analysis with single culture by using emergy analysis method,it is found that the empower density of the cycle agriculture system is higher,indicating that the system economic efficiency is better.And the results of energy evaluation Index show that the circulatory system has advantages in terms of energy conversion rate,energy self-sufficiency rate,environmental load rate,renewable ratio and sustainability index.(4)The case of the Donglin circular agriculture is worth popularizing.The Donglin Cooperative Farm has constructed the modern "grass-goat-field" circulation agricultural production chain,which has achieved reasonable utilization of livestock and poultry manure.In addition,the modern farms collectively managed by the village adopt the management model of "integration of government and society",Which can not only achieve economies of scale,save governance costs,but also facilitate the establishment of good relationships among village committees,villagers,and village directors."The practice of Donglin " can provide experience for the rural areas with cyclic production conditions.
