The oasis agriculture eco-economic system of Akesu region is the typical represent of oasis, which is adjoined desert arid zone. The condition of the system is the mainly factory that affect the economic growth. Therefore, it is concerned about the development prospective that researching the construct and function of the system.Akesu is one of the main cotton production yields of Xinjiang, which also has developing a good tendency on forest horticulture. For developing agriculture economic and raising the income of farmers, Akesu speed up the steps of high yield cotton and formidable forest horticulture. However, there is some phenomenon that forest transplantion took up on some planting area. Will it has some negative effects on the cotton production base or even food security, which is worth thinking.This paper analyzed Aksu region oasis system applying emergy theoretics, concluded that if it has a good structure and function, and analyzed the emergy indexes of the region, which the purpose is that want to develop production capability. At last, we tried to use the couple correlation between crop system and stockbreeding system to enhance the production capability applying of coupling degree. The conclusions are as follows:⑴The total input and output are both on the rise in the past 6 years, which implied the mainly development level has been rising too. Nonrenewable industrial subsidiary energy contributed the most part of the total input during the 6 years, approached above 85.9%. This implied that Nonrenewable industrial subsidiary energy is the crucial factor of agriculture development.⑵The planting structure is changed from based on the principal of food crop to cotton. The forest emergy output has been developing fast, which has been increasing average 76.03% every year. This region has become a important production base of forest horticulture. The forest horticulture has not effect on cotton production negatively.⑶Akesu region has been undertaken a intense environmental pressure applying of emergy indicators. The economic input did not fully play a role, and the system degree of dominance could be more improved. The nature resources have been lower utilization efficiency.⑷Crop farming system and stockbreeding system had a good condition of coupling. The two systems structure tended to be reasonable, the transformation from crop production to husbandry production raised, which is implied that the oasis subsystem relationships develop better.⑸Protection of cultivated-land resource, balance the input of the farm machine, fertilizer and organic fertilizer; Taking full advantage of renewable environmental resource, raising the efficiency; depending on technology to develop the agriculture; expand the opening degree and outside communication, and so forth are all the effective approaches to realize the sustainable development.
