In order to clarify the effects of different daylenths to flowering, morphology, physiology and yield, a field experiment with two daylenths, 12hour and 14hour, after the seedling and dealt 3,9, 15 days, the natural daylenth is ck, was conducted on the Teaching and Demostration Farm of Agricultural University of Hebei, Baoding, during 2004-2005. With summer Adzuki Bean of two cultivars, Jihong8937 is earliness and Jihong4 is mid-lateness. The main results are summarized as follows:1 From the seedling to the branching, there are no obvious differences between the shape index of every treatment and ck. From the branching to the No 1 florescence, the stem lenth, stem diameter, pitch number, and number of divarication vegetate lowly than ck, but faster than ck from the No 1 florescence to the No 2 florescence;the number of leaves and LAI are lower than ck. From the branching to the period of pods, the lenth of internode, number of leaves and LAI of two cultivars are lower than ck, but the speed of vegetate is faster than ck. In the autumn, the stem lenth and the lenth of internode are lower than ck.2 Photoperiodic treatment before the flowering has not been able to affect the chlorophyll and the carotenoid content in the leaf, the change rule is similar to ck: on the July 28, the chlorophyll contnet is highest;the carotenoid content is lowest. The rule of the soluble sugar and the soluble protein content is similar to ck: from the July 20 to the July 28, the content is decrease quickly, after that the content fluctuates.3 Two summer Adzuki bean is sensitive, every treatment influences the number of flowers, and promotes the florescence ahead of time. 12hour treatment promotes Jihong8937 flowering ahead 5-12days;promotes Jihong4 flowering ahead 10-18days. 14hour promotes Jihong8937 flowering 4-8days;promotes Jihong4 flowering 8-16days. The progressive promotion rate of flowering and the number of treatment days is positive correlation, the progressive promotion rate of flowering of Jihong4 is bigger than Jihong8937, Jihong4 is more sensitive than Jihong8937.The phase promotion rate and the number of treatment are negative correlation: the few the treatment days are, the biger the action of every day is. The 3-day teatment is better, 3-day treatment of 12hour make Jihong8937 shorten 1.67 days, and make Jihong4 shorten 3.33days;3-day treatment of 14hour make Jihong8937 shorten 1.33 days, and make Jihong4 shorten 2.67 days. Photosensitiveness of this stage is the best, the seedling age is 2 pieces of ture leaf. The action of 12hour is more obvious than 14hour, Jihong4 is more sensitive than Jihong8937.The change of environment condition may relieve photoperiod induction. In the No 1 florescence, the more the treatment days is, the fewer and more concentrative the burl of flower is. There is no obvious rule in the No 2 florescence becase of photopeiod induction relieved.4 The effect of different daylength to the number of pods is not obvious, and the period of pods is deffrent becase of different variety. 12hour promotes Jihong8937 forming pod ahead 14-18days, Hhour promotes forming pod ahead 6-16days;but 12hour and 14hour promotes Jihong4 forming pod ahead 2-4 days, between every treatment and ck is no obvious difference.5 The different daylength promotes adult plant flowering ahead of time, changed the birth structure. The influence is not obvious to the hundred grains heavy, the number of pods each plant, grain of heavy of each plant and yield.6 The sensitization trait of the Adzuki bean may provide theory base for cross-fertilize, citing, cultivation technology. |
