The experiment was done in2011-2012in the third of the Hebei Agricultural University farm field.Experimental material is in late-maturing Jihong the4th varieties,On July12, we adopt two dibblingseeding method, and the planting distance of15cm,40cm row spacing. Equal testbed is loam andfertilization, the former is wheat crop. This experiment has12village, set four processing, three repeat,every village area is1.2m*6m. Short day treatment set to SD1, light/dark,14h/10h; SD2, light/dark,12h/12h; SD3is recommended for, light/dark,14h/10h,control for cultivated adzuki bean undernatural light. Research different short day caused by the differential impact of the small curd poddevelopment law, agronomic traits, physiological, dry matter accumulation and yield. The main resultswere as follows:1. The influence of flower and pod temporal dynamics The influence of View flower and podtemporal dynamics from short day-induced.Adzuki bean flowering of short-day treatment duration wassignificantly shorter,8-10days shorter than the control; Short-day treatment was significantly shorteradzuki bean flowering, but increased the number of flowers of the flowering stage, the most obvious ofwhich SD2.SD2processed adzuki bean pod bearing rate is highest, flowering shortest; SD1processingafter podding rate higher than contrast, SD3is recommended for less than control.12h,14h short daytreatment improved the adzuki bean pod bearing rate,10h short day treatment reduced the adzuki beanpod bearing rate, Infer the sunshine time is less than10h does not favor the adzuki bean pod bearingformation, the right short day treatment (12h,14h) can improve the rate of podding.2.The influence on the spatial dynamics of the flower and pod of Adzuki bean.The short-daytreatment changes the distribution and structure of the flower,and lows the position of the flowerdown.The effect of the position of the flower and pod in short-day treatment is apparent.The number ofthe flower and pod on the low and lower part in short-day treatment is more than that in CK.The numberof the flower and pod on the upper part is less than that in CK.The order from hign to low of the numberof the effective flowers is SD2>SD1>CK>SD3,The distribution and structure of the flower and pod inSD2more reasonable.3.The influence of adzuki bean phydiological index In the flowering period1, soluble sugar contentstarch content increased rapidly,Soluble sugar content in the three short day treatment at this time noobvious difference and contrast;Starch content was obviously higher than control.In the floweringperiod1, Soluble protein content is on the decline, the three short day treatment levels than in thecontrols.Suggests that shorter processing at the beginning of the adzuki bean flower, affects the plantinside the content of carbon and nitrogen compounds. After short-day treatments significantly increasedthe chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, the content of carotenoids. Throughout the growth period with short sunshine treatment than CK increased carotenoid content of50%.The content of chlorophyll inshort-day treatment has increased20%than that in CK during the whole growth period.This studyshows that different short-day treatments has improved the avtivity of SOD、POD、AA、CAT、NR andPPO in varying degrees.4.The influence of adzuki bean shape indexs Short-day treatment on plant height, leaf number,leaf area index, stem diameter, number of nodes on main stem, stem length effect is not obvious.5.The influence of dry matter accumulation Shorter induction of adzuki bean root dry matteraccumulation, leaf dry matter accumulation of dry matter, flowers is obvious, the influence of thebranch stem, main stem dry matter accumulation effect is not obvious. Short day treatment effect on theyield of adzuki bean was not obvious, Four processTing between the plot yield, hundred grain weightand single grain number were not significantly different pods;6.The influence of adzuki bean birth period CK growth period is93days,reproductivegrowth period is55days accounted for59%of the total number of days; SD1growth period is90days,reproductive growth for58days accounted for64%of the total number of days; SD2growth period is89days, reproductive growth for59days accounted for66%of the total number of days; The SD3isrecommended for growth period is88days, reproductive growth for58days accounted for65%of thetotal number of days. Different short-day treatment significantly changed plant reproductive process.Short-day treatment prompted plants into reproductive growth ahead of time, Increase the reproductivegrowth phase proportion in the whole development process.
