Study On The Selection Of Provenance And Single Tree Of Regional Shrub

From 2004 to 2005 we had researched on Armeniaca sibirica (L.) Lam., Hedysarum laeve Maxim and Prunus spp.by provenance/single tree experiment and RAPD markers. The genetic diversity of 3 shrub speices and genetic variation were studied from phenotype to gene. Excellent provenances and single tree suitable to cultivate in Huhhot were selected at last.The seeding and forest stage provenance text result showed that height and ground diameter differed greatly among provenances/single tree by variance analysis.The diversity and heritability of characters was very high. There was correlation among the character of Armeniaca sibirica (L.) Lam . All of characters could be marked out 2 principal component,Shape and growth of tree.There was significant difference between east and west Armeniaca sibirica (L.) Lam . provenance,East provenance is better than west. The best provenance of Armeniaca sibirica (L.) Lam. is Aohanqi,Prunus spp. is Xisuqi, Hedysarum laeve Maxim is Naimanqi ,12 excellent single tree were form Balinyouqi and Wulashan provenance.Genetic diversity and population genetic structure in provenance/single tree were studied by RAPD markers. The genetic variation of provenances is significant. Based on UPGMA cluster analysis, all of provenances were divided. 2 RAPD markers correlated with the height of Armeniaca sibirica (L.) Lam . were found.
