Study On The Selection Of Provenance And Single Tree Of Prunus Sibirica L. And Prunus Pedunculata (Pall.) Maxim.

From 2007 to 2008 we had researched on Prunus sibirica (L.) Lam.and by provenance/single tree experiment. On the growth traits, resistance, and adaptability to regular, fixed-line observation survey, quantitative traits such as the number of leaves and sprigs were also observed. Use data-processing methods to process observations,such as variance analysis, GCA estimates, rank sort and so on. On 60 plant of the Prunus sibirica (L.) Lam. and Prunus pedunculata (Pall.) Maxim.. 16 plant in six pilot sites to test regional reforestation, and retention rate were investigated.The results show that,the growth traits obvious difference between Provenance,are also obvious differences between the plant inside provenance. Resistance, and adaptability and so on are also varying degrees of difference in performance. Various sources to conduct a comprehensive comparative measure, Determine the Aohan Qi is an excellent Provenance of Prunus sibirica (L.) Lam.. Provenanc favorably to the difference is Aohan Qi,Liangcheng,Wulashan,Wanjiagou, Chaersen,Balinyou Qi,Keyouzhong Qi,Zhalaite;Determine the Guyang is an excellent Provenance of Prunus pedunculata (Pall.) Maxim.Through the above analysis of several ways of dealing with the comprehensive consideration, Finally selected 57 excellent plants of Prunus sibirica (L.) Lam.,were Aohan Qi12,16,21 etc 10 plants,Liangcheng:10,15,44 etc 13 plants,Wulashan:10,21,25 etc 6 plants,Wanjiagou:14,15,27 etc 11 plants,Chaersen:28,35,39 etc 3 plants,Balinyou Qi:3,5,8 etc 5 plants,Keyouzhong Qi:8,11,18 etc 6 plants,Zhalaite 9,15,33 etc 3 plants;Preliminary screening of a fine of Prunus pedunculata (Pall.) Maxim.32 plant are as follows: Guyang Provenance:3,16,50 etc 13 plants;Wulashan Provenance: 2,4,50 etc 7 plants; Liangcheng Provenance: 4,5,45 etc 10 plants,for the good of the species or varieties provided the basis for selection.
