In recent years, the breeding project of cattle has been developed very quickly. It is essential to the development and flourish of stockbreeding in our country. At the same time, we should recognize that there are many factors, which are adverse to the development of stockbreeding, those are getting more and more obviously, especially, some factors of illness. It is well know that reproduction of cows is a matter of the utmost concern, this is determined by the economic performance of cows. A cow, which have no the ability of conceiving and calving, can not assure the output of milk and the economic effect, let alone the development of milk production industry. Cattle endonetritis is one of the most important reason induce to apongey, however, cattle apongey is the primary global economic problem. The loss of stockbreeding, which is resulted by cattle apongey, is from 4 thousand to five thousand million dollar. It is reported that the great majority cattle apongey is resulted by the disease of endomteritis, the proportion is 95%, in Britain. The incidence of cattle endometritis is 34.9~39.8% in Russia. The result of the study, which have been done by Andriam anga, showed that the incidence of cattle endometritis is 20~40%. In our country, the incidence of cattle endometritis is also very high, the findings of investigation, which have been completed in 16 cites such as Beijing, Shanghai, Naning, Lanzhou etal by Ziming Qu, showed that the the incidence of cattle endometritis was 17.26%, added to this, in Dongbei district the incidence of cattle endometritis is 20~40%. We can draw the conclusion from the above, the economic loss, caused by cattle endometritis, is pretty serious. The cattle endometritis has restricted, to a large extent, the development of the cattle breeding projectWe can find many literatures with regard to the research of endometritis in cows. At present, most research is focusing on the isolation and identification of the bacteria and the therapy effect of antibiotics. It was shown,by many literatures, that the bacteria which caused endometritis in cows were conditional bacteria, and specificity bacteria had only very little proportion. This means the basic research is very important, so we had done some research on this part.At first, we did preliminary investigation on the normal flora in the birth...
