1. High-yield breeding technique with artificial castration and pollination in W8225The hybrid cotton yield was affected by many factors, especially the planting date, planting density, amount of fertilizers (urea), beginning pollination date, finishing pollination date, etc. The results indicated that among five factors,seed yield of hybrid breeding technical was influenced very significantly by urea and beginning pollination date and significantly by finishing pollination date, but there were not an obvious effect under planting date and density condition. The best project of high-yield hybrid breeding technical with artificial castration and pollination in the worm-resistant hybrid cotton W8225 is that Planting in between 3th April to 18th April according to the soil and climate; density is 2100-2400 plants/ 667m~2, applicating urea 50kg/667m~2, beginning pollination date is between 30th June to 4th July, finishing pollination date is 16th August.2. High-yield cultural techniques in W8225The result showed that, among five factors, the lint yield was influenced very significantly by removing early buds and was affected obviously by K2SO4 application, and was not obviously influenced by planting density, urea and (NH4)2HPO4. The best project of high-yield cultural technical in the worm-resistant hybrid cotton W8225 is that 800-3000 density is plants/667m~2, urea application is 45kg/667m~2, K2SO4 application is 20kg / 667m~2, removing early buds 4 /plant.3. High-yieldcultural techniques with predigesting train in W8225Traditional training technical increased the work force of cotton planting.
