Study on the source-sink development and relationship by treating the pods of plant hormones, cutting leaves and removing flowers in Qingyou-No.46 spring rapeseed. The resuts indicate : pushing the pods in length, wideth, increasing 1000 seeds weight, number seeds per pod ,chlorophyll content of the pericarp and seeds, soluble sugar content by plant hormones treatment.Accelerating soluble sugar content of the pericarp transport to seeds,it is benefit that seeds recept more organic matter of descending soluble protein content .Thereinto, yiled per plant is significant enhance by 6-BA treatment. They are reduce in the plant highth, the first effective branch number and effective branch began highth by cutting leaves. The first effective branch number is increase, but effective branch began highth is low by removing flowers. It,s LAI and LAD are all reduce by cutting long stem leaves and all short stem leaves treatment, however cutting half short stem leaves of LAI and LAD is bigger than the compare; The proper removing flowers make LAI and LAD increasing, the over removing flowers limt the photosynthesis so that LAI and LAD is reduce. The dry matter weight is cut down by cutting leaves in all date. Dry matter weight is enhance by removing in all date. The number pods per plant and number seeds per pod reduce, yiled descend 6.04%-32.77%;The proper removing flowers is better growing and developing by the proper removing flowers, increasing number seeds per pod , economic yield and economic index; Reducing number seeds per pod and yield by the over removing flowers.
