The microsatellite loci are used in this experiment to analysis the genetic diversity of 6 domestic rabbit populations (American Rex Rabbit,, German Rex Rabbit,Siping Rex Rabbit,France Rex Rabbit,Belgiun Rabbit,Wool Rabbit). The thesis discussed the genetic variation within population and among populations. It can be offer the basis of protection and use of local resource. We get some results as following:1. The 10 microsatellites loci are selected in this experiment. We analysize the genetic variation of 6 populations, The 41 alleles were tested in 10 microsatellite loci, and each locus had 4.1. The most was 5, The least was 3. The effective number of allele varied from 2.6620-4.7130.2. We get the allele frequency with the POPGENE program. Accordingly,we calculate H, PIC and Ne The mean heterozygosity of different locus varied from 0.4121 to 1.0000, and of different population was from 0.8332 to 0.86875, which belonged to high heterozygosity loci except 10 locus and population. The PIC value were high diversity which PIC value varied from 0.55094 to0.75355 in 10 loci, and which PIC value was from 0.624633 to0.646241in 6 population.3. We calculate the HT HS and GST and,which is 0.734588,0.688917,0.062171 respectively. We safetly draw a conclusion that the genetic variation between populations is not high.4. Adopted the method of UPGMA and NJ with the Da and Ds in the 6 rabbit breeds, the dendrograms were drawed, All of the result show that the 4 Rex rabbit populations were in the close relationship each other.
