The Sustainable Management Ways Study On The Collective Artificial Forestry In The South-west Forest Region

Based on the historical situation of the forest resources changes in Gong county, the management problems and basis experience of the collective artificial forestry in Gong county was investigated by analyzing the distribution and structure features of the collective artificial forestry and using methods such as investigation, interviewing with the masses and talking with some administrative personnel of the forest reserves management department. The main results gained from the trails are listed as follows, after the artificial forest reserves in Gong county, it reached a certain forest covering proportion by a long-term renewing. To keep the dynamic equilibrium of a continued management, the possession forestry management department needed to strengthen the discussion and investigation of the forest reserves management policies and supervise and carry out the policies, besides coordinating the reasonable quantity of forest seeds and follow-up timber forest reserves. Meanwhile, it is important to put the long-term, mid-term and short-term economic benefit of forest peasants to the first place. Whether paying close attention and solving the problems or not is closely related to problems of judging the south-west region economic development and safe conservation of forest reserves, and is also the facing problems of south-west collective artificial forest reserves sustainable management and utilization. Therefore, some relative countermeasures was put forward in the paper.
