The sustainable management of forest resources has become an important study subject in the moderm world. Mangui Forest Bureau in Daxinganlin of NeiMeng became the study area of this paper for the reason that the management of forest resources of it was better them others. In this paper, the correction pretreatment of raster images of the forest resources' spatial datas in that FDA was done, the spatial images was vectored, and the properties database of the forest resources was loaded and the spatial distribution images were created by using ArcGIS, all of which were finished in this paper. After that, the overlap analysis of the forest resources' spatial data was completed, in addition, the spatial changes of forest land, plantation, wet land, burned area, barron hills and wasteland in Mangui Forest Bureau was analyzed. moreover, the Landscape Shape Index, Mean Shape Index, Area-Weighted Mean Shape Index, Double Log Fractal Dimension, Mean Patch Fractal Dimension, Area-Weighted Mean Patch Fractal Dimension, Shannon's Diversity Index, Shannon's Evenness Index, Simpson's Diversity Index, Simpson's Evenness Index, Modified Simpson's Evenness Index and Modified Simpson's Diversity Index were calculated. The dynamic landscape of MangGui FDA was analyzed by the analysis of the dynamic space of forest landscape the interval of which was 30 years. Finally, the sustainable model of soft hardwood forests and coniferous in MangGui FDA was set up.The novelty of this paper was that, it took stand as spot in forest landscape, and the types of forest landscape consisted of land type, stand type and its age group. In the last 30 years, a area of 5054 hm2 of the burned areas was replaced by forest land, the update ratio was 84%. The artificial update area was 90 hm2, it's the 1.7% of the total update area, that is to say, 98.3% of the burned areas was updated by nature. It was proved to be true that the burned areas has strong self-updated abilities. By the support of ForStat2.0, begin with the real production, and to construct the real age series(p),target age series(r),regular period(q),the upper limit of uncut age series(I1),stable yield restriction(k),target area error restriction(u),and total volume restriction at the end of period(v), each of them determined the structure of that linear programming model. The result of the experimentation in Mangui Forest Bureau proved that, the cut area and volume dropped by stages, and the preserved volume moved up in conk, as a result, the sustainable forest age structure was reached.
