In this paper, the soil microbiological characteristics with the different replanting time were analyzed by using the mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) casing soil as material at Hanchang , Dayi county. The variation of soil microbial communities was determined preliminarily. The results follows:The results of the pot mushroom cropping experiment suggested that, at Han Chang town in Dayi County, the mushroom continuous cropping problem factors were existed in the soil.In different replant years, the quantity of bacteria, actinomycete and fungi and the proportion of each in total numbers were different, the quantities of bacteria and fungi increased with replant year increased, while, that of the actinomycete reduced along with replant years increasing. At different planting period, the number of bacteria, actinomycete and fungi and the proportion of each in total number was different, and the quantity of bacteria a little changed; the quantity of actinomycete was highest in the soil before plant mushroom, and the number was 2.99×10~6 CFU/gdry soil; however, the fungal quantity reached the highest in the soil after planting, and there was about 1.38×10~5CFU/g. dry soil.In different plant period with replant years, soil microbial community was also different. As for bacteria, the frequency of Arthrobacter, Bacillus in samples was the highest, and there was more than 30%, but the total number decreased with the replant years increaed, and in the 2 years' continuous cropping, the quantity of Arthrobacter sp. in soil before plant mushroom was the lowest, and the ratio was 25.49%.The quantity of Bacillus in replanting 3 years's after mushroom planting was the lowest, and the ratio was 27.23%. At the same time, the ratio of genuses Corynebacterium and Pseudomonus was high ratio in the samples. and the quantity increased along with the replant yeas increasing. With the replant years' increasing, the bacterial community variety became richer. In casing soil, the ratios of Penicillium, Trichoderma and Mucor were the highest, which were more than 20%. The quantity of Penicillium sp., Mucor sp. increased with the replant years' adding, the total number of Penicillium sp. in 3 years' replanting soil during mushroom planting period was the most, and was 29.45%; the quantity of Mucorsp. in 3 years' replanting soils during mushroom harvest period was the highest, and was 35.29%.
