The bisporus fermented raw materials at Northwest Hexi Corridor, Mainlyin Highland dominant crops wheat, barley straw, cow dung, sheep manure andother Organic materials, in this study selected the barley straw mixed with cowdung.the mixed proportion of stockpile based on the conductive the productionand development of Agaricus by many years of production experience.Northwest once fermentation is preparation material culture Agaricus majortechnology evolved according to Sinden~Houser short-stacked principle ofprinciple, through the use of physical control, to create a good environment forthe naturally occurring beneficial microorganisms to meet their growth andreproduction, the role of savings through biochemical nutrients needed formushroom production. The quality of the material culture fermentation qualityis affected Agaricus mushroom production level of the main factors, and trainingmaterials are fermented under the action of microorganisms in the culture ofvarious raw chemical decomposition process of transformation, so the microbialfermentation process and study changes in physical and chemical properties andto improve the efficiency of fermentation mushroom production is particularlyimportant. The change in the number of tests on Agaricus bisporus cultivation ofmicroorganisms, pure protein nitrogen, total sugars, lignin, cellulose, hemicellulose, trace elements, temperature, pH, and other indicators of batchfermentation process were measured simultaneously using ARDRA (AmplifiedRibosomal DNA Restriction Analysis, ribosomal DNA restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis) techniques Agaricus material culture bacterialcommunity structure during fermentation conducted a preliminary study:1、One study found that with the training conducted batch fermentation ofbacteria, actinomycetes and fungi three categories showed the number ofmicroorganisms after first increased and then decreased; pure protein nitrogen, lignin upward trend; total sugars, cellulose hemicellulose showed a gradualdownward trend; training compound during the fermentation temperature, PHcyclical changes were turning with increasing, decreasing; trace elements zinc, copper, manganese, iron content material as fermentation increased.2、Agaricus training materials bacterial community structure analysis found farbeyond the traditional separation of the bacterial composition of the resultingculture groups, including the proteobacteria (Proteobacteria), thermophilicbacteria Gang (Thermophilic fungi), Bacillus Gang (Bacilli) of the three groups.A2and A7for statistical analysis found that the two libraries, two librariessamples Shannon-Weiner index were5.8972and5.1632, Simpson index of0.975and0.959, respectively, can be seen in the initial fermentation bacteriafeed higher diversity in cultured material into the studio. At present, the domestic training materials for most of the research focusedon fermentation technology, formulation design, etc., and its microbialfermentation process and transformation of various substances and its littletraining material quality is mainly through the physical senses (smell, color, etc.) empirically determined, low fermentation efficiency. In this experiment, the main crops of barley in the northwest area of the cold straw asraw material to the culture medium during fermentation and microbialcomposition of experimental factors, study their impact on culture dishesof nature. Expect to solve the traditional fermentation sensory experienceto judge the quality of the stockpile quality problems for recycling andunderstand the process of fermentation of barley straw microbialcompound to provide a theoretical reference material transformation ofthe role of culture. Combined with the subsequent testing and relatedexperiments mushroom production possible molecular targets in the fieldof culture using batch fermentation.
