Objective: Observed Xinsaitong oral liquid on Qi and Blood Stasis stent restenosis in patients with clinical implications. To explore its mechanism and clinical application for the new drug provides a theoretical basis.Method: This study included stent restenosis (Qi and Blood Stasis) 80 patients, all from the Chinese Academy of Heilongjiang Province, from September 2008 to February 2010 outpatients and inpatients, met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Were randomly divided into treatment groups (oral group Xinsaitong 40) and the control group (Tong Xin Luo Capsule 40). Were used for statistical analysis, gender, age, duration etc. The statistical analysis (P>0.05), no significant differences between comparable. Treatment group: Xinsaitong given oral solution, a one, three times a day orally; control group: to pass capsule, a 3,Three times a day orally, are 4 weeks into a course of treatment. Recorded before and after treatment in patients with angina pectoris and TCM symptoms and efficacy of blood lipids, blood rheology changes in circumstances. Mainly SPSS statistical software for analysis. Given the test and the corresponding test statistic P value, with two-sided test, with P≤0.05 as statistically significant. All measurement data with a mean±standard deviation ( X±S), said the group comparison using paired t-test comparison between groups using two sample t-test, count data usingΧ2 test, with Ridit level data analysis group. Results: Oral treatment Xinsaitong stent restenosis total effective rate was 90.0%, control group was 70.0% effective, by Ridit analysis: P< 0.05, overall efficacy between the two groups had significant differences, indicating that Xinsaitong Oral restenosis after stent improved symptoms significantly better than Tongxinluo capsule. In ECG, the total effective rate was 77.5%, control group 55.0% of the total effective rate, by Ridit analysis: P< 0.05, overall effect between the two groups had significant difference, indicating that oral stent Xinsaitong restenosis than ECG Tongxinluo capsule.Xinsaitong oral liquid on serum TC, LDL-c of the improvement was better than the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Help improve Xinsaitong Oral restenosis after stenting in patients with hemorheology and blood lipid effects than Tongxinluo capsule. Adverse reaction, no significant adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion: Xinsaitong oral liquid can effectively improve the Qi and Blood Stasis stent restenosis in patients with clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram, blood lipid indicators, much better than Tong Xin Luo Capsule to the control group, and without any side effects, deserve further promotion.
