Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Gastric Ulcer (Gastric Ovarian Syndrome) With Combination Of Omeprazole Enteric - Coated Capsules

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongxieyaofang and Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules curing gastric ulcer,which belongs to liver Qi attacking the stomach. We hope to provide new ideas for curing gastric ulcer.Methods; Choosing sixty patients from those who visited the department of gastroenterology outpatient and ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang Medical College which met the diagnostic criteria from January2013to January2014. The selected cases were randomly divided into three groups, including the traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and the group which combining the two above. The Chinese medicine group was treated with Chinese medicine on the basic of Tongxieyaofang, The western medicine group was treated with Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules. The rest group plused omeprazole on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation. The curing courses lasted eight weeks. Then we evaluated the clinical efficacy of every group, including clinical symptoms after treatments, changes in symptom scores, and the change under the gastroscope etc. The date was inputted into SPSS18.0statistical package for statistical analysis. Analysis of data was measured with the chi-square test and ANOVA based on the actual situation.Results:1.Gastroscopic effect:total effective rate of Chinese and western group was95%, the Txyf subtraction group was60%, and the rest guoup was85%. It has significantly difference among the three group (P<0.05).2.The effect of symptom in TCM:total effective rate of Chinese and western group was95%, the Txyf subtraction group was65%, and the rest guoup was80%. It has significantly difference among the three group (P <0.05). 3. The symptom integral:The symptom integral of main and subordinate symptoms of_the three groups and the total integral had no difference before the treatment (P>0.05), but had significant difference after the treatment (P<0.05). All the main symptoms of the three groups had evident chang compared with the beginning(P<0.05)and there was signicant difference among the three groups after the treatment (P<0.05). All the subordinate symptoms of the three groups had evident changes compared with the begining(P<0.05)and there was significant difference among the there groups after the treatment(P<0.05). The Chinese and Western medicine group improved more obviously.Conclusions:With Txyf as basic decotion combined with Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of gastric ulcer which was belonged liver Qi attacking stomach No matter in the endoscopic efficacy and tradional Chinese medicine syndrome had exact curative effect. In clinical trials within eight weeks time, there was no adverse drug reactions, and all subjects did not felt special discomfort, indicating that the application of Tongxieyaofang Treating gastric ulcer was safely.
