Clinical Study Of Qishen Yiwei Decoction Combined With Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric Capsules In The Treatment Of Gastric Ulcer With Spleen And Stomach Qi Deficiency

Objective:This study aims to observe Qishen Yiwei soup combined rabeprazole sodium enteric capsules treatment of spleen qi deficiency type gastric ulcer clinical effectiveness and safety,and through the followup to assess Qishen Yiwei soup combined rabeprazole sodium enteric capsules long curative effect in treatment of the disease,as the Qishen Yiwei soup combined rabeprazole sodium enteric capsules provide clinical basis for the diseaseMethods:Eighty gastric ulcer patients from Mianyang Hospital of TCM who compliance with the inclusion criteria were collected divided into the treatment group of 40 and the control group of 40.The control group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric capsules,and the treatment group was treated with Qishen Yiwei decoction and rabeprazole sodium enteric capsules.In both groups,patients with positive helicobacter pylori were given amoxicillin capsules,furazolidone tablets,bismuth potassium citrate tablets and rabeprazole sodium enteric capsules for 2 weeks to eradicate helico-bacter pylori,and after then were going to group them separately.The c ourse of treatment was 6 weeks in both groups.After the treatment,the score of TC M symptoms,gastroscopy and the clearance of helicobacter pylori were observed.For the patients with recovered gastroscope,the gastroscope was reexamined 6 months 1 ater to observe the long-term eff-icacy.The observed and statistical data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0Results:1.Comparison of clinical symptom scores:after treatment,neither of the two groups could improve the symptoms of emaciation(P>0.05),and both groups could effectively improve the symptoms of epigastric pain,abdominal distension,appetite loss,loose stool,little qi lazy speech,and limb burnout(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was not statisticlly significant in the degree of improvement of symptoms of emaciation and limb burnout(P>0.05),and the treatment group was superio-r to the control group in the treatment of symptoms such as epigastric p 2.ain,abdominal distension,loss of appetite,loose stool and little qilazy speec 3.h(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the total score of TCM syndromes:after treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 94.7%in the treatment group and 78.4%in the con-trol group.The therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was gene-rally superior than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the efficacy of gastroscope and helicobacter pylori elimination:The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of the longterm and the short-term efficacy of gastroscope(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the efficacy of helicobacter pylori clearance between the two groups(P>0.05).4.No adverse reactions were found in both groups during the experiment.Conclusion:Qishen Yiwei decoction combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric capsules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of gastric ulcer caused by spleen and stomach qi deficiency,promote ulcer healing,and reduce recurrence,and the clinical trial is of high safety,which is worthy of further clinical application.
