Studies On Chemical Constituents And Bioactivities Of Alkaloids From

The thesis studied on the chemical compositions from Buxus Microphylla. By varieties of chromatographies, thirty compounds were isolated from this plant. The structure of compounds 1-25 were determined by detailed spectroscopic analyses and chemical methods. They involved steroidal alkaloids, coumarino-lignans, and so on.In the meantime, most compounds were assayed for their cytotoxic activity against several kinds of human tumor cell lines(HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7, SW-480) in vitro, some of them exhibited significant activities.In addition, this theis summarized the research progress on the chemical constituents and their bioactivities of the genus buxus.
