Stress ulcer (stress ulcer, SU) is causing by severe mental trauma, major diseases, enormous psychological pressure or drug stimulation, resulting in inflammation, erosion, superficial mucosal ulceration and bleeding is characterized by acute gastric mucosal lesion. The clinical manifestations of stress ulcer is abdominal pain, acid reflux, loss of appetite, vomiting, melena and other clinical manifestations. Without treatment, it is possible to stimulate infection or multiple organ dysfunction, evenly causing death. Therefore, the use of acupuncture for SU active treatment, to reduce the incidence of stress ulcer, controlled clinical harm, reduce mortality and improve their quality of life is important.Digestive diseases often accompanied by a lower quality of sleep. (2)SU model was established by intragastric perfusion of dehydrated alcohol (1mL/rat). For gastro-treatment group,acupoints of (CV12), (ST 36),were choosen for needling,and for dormancy group,acupoints of (K6),(BL 62) were used, and (ST36) (CV12), (KI 6), (BL 62) were applied to combined treatment group. (3) Sleep model were established by intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbital sodium (40mg/kg) after last treatment. Observe and analyze the induced sleep time in rats. (4) Adopted the Guth Scoring method to measure the gastric ulcer area of the rats, and calculated the rats’s gastric ulcer index (ulcer index, UI). And sliced gastric mocusal into tissue sections, then used HE staining and observed those rats’s morphological changes of gastric pathology with the light microscope (5) The contents of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) and interleukin-25(IL-25) in the serum and hippocampal tissues were detected by ELISA.Results:(1)Mucosal morphology:Blank gastric mucosal surface is smooth, no congestion; model gastric mucosa darker, showing a lot of spotting lesions, mucosal folds shallow surface defects in the formation of ulcers; bleeding gastric mucosa acupuncture group less than the model group, smaller ulcers, mucosal folds still clear, mild defect, some near normal.(2)Gastric ulcer index score:normal control group was zero, the model group were significantly increased (P<0.01); compared with the model group, acupuncture group were significantly lower (P<0.01); group compared with the nerves, and stomach group, the combination group was significantly lower (P<0.01); and stomach were no significant differences with the combination group.(3) Sleep induction time:Compared with the control group, was significantly longer in the model group (P<0.01); compared with the model group, significantly shorten the treatment group (P<0.01); stomach group compared with the combined group and nerves shortened sleep inducing group, with statistical significance (P<0.05, P<0.01); the combined group and sedative-induced sleep time difference between groups was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).(4)TNF-α content:Serum:Compared with the control group, the model group was significantly higher (P <0.01); compared with the model group, the treatment group was reduced, with a difference (P<0.01, P<0.05); and stomach group and the combined group, sedative group, was reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); sedative group and stomach group, no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).Hippocampus:Compared with the control group, the model group was significantly higher (P<0.01); compared with the model group, the treatment group was reduced, a significant difference (P<0.01); compared with the tranquilizer group, and stomach group significantly reduce the content of the combined group (P<0.01); and stomach group and combination group showed no significant difference.(5) IL-25 content:Serum:contrast, the control group was significantly higher with the model group (P <0.01); compared with the model group, the treatment group was reduced, a significant difference (P<0.01); group compared with the nerves, and stomach group combination group was reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); and stomach group and combination group showed no significant difference.Hippocampus:Compared with the control group was significantly higher (P<0.01) in model group; compared with the model group, the treatment group was reduced, a significant difference (P<0.01); group compared with the nerves, and stomach contents group significantly lower (P<0.01), no significant differences with the Joint Group; and stomach group and combination group showed no significant difference.Conclusion:(1) Sleep induction time of rats can be significantly extended by dehydrated alcohol.(2) Acupuncture "CV12","ST36","BL62","KI6" could narrow the area of gastric mucosal ulceration, gastric mucosal barrier protection, reduce gastric mucosal injury.(3) Acupuncture treatment can significantly shorten the rats induced sleep time, improve sleep quality.(3) "CV12","ST36","BL62","KI6" four points can regulate the content of TNF-a and IL-25 of the hippocampus and serums.(5) Acupuncture promote gastric mucosal injury in rats ulcer healing and shorten the sleep-inducing time, probably by regulating the content of serum and hippocampus TNF-a and IL-25 implementation.
