Objective:To explore the relationship between the protection of moxibustion at Zusanli point on gastric mucosal injury repair mechanism and the repairing and protect effects of vagus nerve pathway by cutting of the rat gastric vagal pathway with slectively and using morphological and molecular biological methods to test the content of interleukin-1 beta(IL-1?),epidermal growth factor(EGF),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-?)and the expression of heat shock protein70.Method:The SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,namely A,normal control group;B,model group;C,model +Moxibustion group;(D)vagotomy + model + moxibustion group.Each group of 12.D group should be strictly in accordance with the requirements After vagotomy,the rats were treated with 3 day with care operation.The rats in each group were fasted and could not help water 24hour,respectively,for B and C,D rats were treated by intragastric administration of ethanol and aspirin,and the rats were treated with A The rats were treated with normal saline and C and D two groups were treated with moxibustion at Zusanli for 3day.after 3 day,the rats stomach group The gastric mucosal damage index(Ul)and the changes of gastric mucosa were observed under light microscope Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the levels of IL-1,EGF and TNF-?.Western blot(Western-blot)was used to detect the expression of HSP70 in serum.Result:1.Compare with the group of A,we can see the gastric mucosal injury index was significantly increased(P<0.01)in the group of B,C,D;Compare with the group of B,the gastric mucosal injury index decreased(P<0.01)in C,D group.Compare the group of D with C,the gastric mucosal injury index was significantly higher than that of C group(P<0·01).2.observation in the electron microscope showed that moxibustion Zusanli can signifi-cantly improve gastric mucosal injury in rat gastric mucosa morphology in rats,the ga-stric mucosal epithelial cell structure,sequence,capillary rich defect,there is no infla-mmation infiltration are evident in each group;3.compared with the A group,the serum IL-1 level in the B group was significantly hi-gher,(P<0.01).EGF content(P<0.01).TNF-a content was significantly increased(P<0.01),gastric mucosal infiltration significantly,HSP70 slightly increased.4.compared with B group and D group,C group of serum beta IL-1 content decreased significantly,(P<0.01)and TNF-a were significantly lower(P<0.01),increased the co-ntent of EGF(P<0.01),expression of tissue morphology of gastric mucosa is intact,H-SP70(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Through Moxibustion at Zusanli point can improve the rat gastric mucosal damage a-nd decline the index of gastric mucosal injury.2.Through Moxibustion at Zusanli point can high the expression of HSP70 in gastric-mucosa of rats,which is regulated by vagus nerve to some extent.3.Through Moxibustion at Zusanli point can reduce the gastric mucosal damage fact-or,and increase the content of anti-inflammatory protective factor.The combination of the two can play a role in the repair and protection of gastric mucosa.This protecti-ve effect is regulated by the vagus nerve.
