BackgroundQinghai plateau is at an average altitude of 3000 m above, based on the Qinghai plateau, The working and living conditions of Qinghai oilfield is one of the worst and most difficult fields in the world. Owing to the high altitude in Qinghai plateau, workers of Qinghai oil field have to work with thin air, low atmospheric pressure, lacking of oxygen, cold climate, large temperature difference between day and night, strong ultraviolet ray, and etc,. Its unique plateau condition with special geographical condition and natural environment affects the workers in Qinghai oil field directly, no matter on life or the health of both body and mind. Studies have proved that in the early time when people get to plateau, many of them cannot fully adapt to the condition of plateau about the special environment, and they may get different degrees of psychological problems, This influence the workers seriously both in work and life, which will also affect the development of the oil field, and will bring serious damage to the development of our country. Although we have researched on altitude sickness for many years and also reached a high understanding about anxiety, but the researches about anxiety in plateau is still rare. So, comprehensive survey of the psychological status of the workers in Qinghai oil field is good for the development both of the oil field and the development of the country.ObjectiveThrough epidemiological investigation to the Qinghai oilfield workers, screening302 patients with anxiety, analysis its anxiety, and USES the logic regression analysis method, the preliminary discussion on part of the risk factors related to anxiety, anxiety of exploration to provide certain reference for plateau.MethodsEpidemiological research methods, using HAMA anxiety scale, from June 2014 to May 2015 in Dunhuang, Leng Hu, Golmud, HuaTuGou four parts of the study was conducted in qinghai oilfield operations staff and their families, and meet the conditions the sifting in 302 patients with anxiety were analyzed, and through the questionnaire to obtain it may be related to the occurrence of anxiety has a close relationship between life habits of the information, will the information data into EXCEL software, and establish the database, using SPSS19.0 software frequency analysis and regression analysis, a preliminary explore the risk factors related to anxiety.Results1. Anxiety:the application of HAMA scale investigation of information a total of 14, total score for 56 points, after screening the patients with total score greater than or equal to 7 points directly into, and carry on the job offers statistics of each section. Finally, according to the results,151 cases scoring froml4 to 20 points,94 cases of patients scoring from 21 to 28 points,57 cases of patients scoring above 29 points.2, Risk factors related to anxiety occurs:the total investigated the possible risk factors associated with anxiety in a total of 18, The total investigated the possible risk factors related to anxiety occurs, a total of 18, including gender, age, culture degree, the labor intensity, work whether exposure to toxic and harmful substances, altitude of working, plateau fixed number of year, a year working time, the life state, if there is a history of acute plateau, if there is a family history of high blood pressure, whether have a family history of heart disease, smoking, drinking, sleep time, quality of sleep, life stress levels and physical exercise every week. According to the survey restraint, the quality of sleep and life have a close relationship with the occurrence of tension and anxiety, the results of the survey has statistical significance.Conclusion1. The status of anxiety in Qinghai oilfield is widespread among employees. Mainly for the mild anxiety, secondly for the obvious anxiety and severe anxiety is relatively rare.2. Among the factors associated with anxiety, there are six factors have the closest correlation. The factors are the altitude of working place, a year working time, drinking, sleep time, the sleep quality factor and life-stress-level factor. The altitude f working place and a year working time are related to the special environment of plateau, the others are not related to the plateau.
