So, as a male high incidence of malignant tumors, the attention of PCA is increasing year by year.PCA in the category of traditional Chinese medicine in our country. there is no similar word in English, but theory of ancient Chinese medical diseases and clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCA is included. As a result, Chinese medicine for the treatment of PCA has rich theoretical support. Give no cause for much criticism, clinical doctors and many patients accepted modern traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of PCA.A lot of basic research and clinical studies was found for effectiveness of Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced PCA. Observation period for 3 months and respectively before and after 1 month of treatment, treatment after 3 month through the collection and laboratory, index of serum testosterone and serum PSA,EORTC QOL C-30853-scale score and TCM symptom score, Karnofsky score scale score, VAS, the methods of visual analogue scale of data, and analysis of comprehensive evaluation.ResultsStrengthening the spleen and nourishing qi treatment had no obvious effect on PSA and serum testosterone,and significantly reduce the TCM symptom scores,Obviously improve EORTC QOL C-30853 score of physical function, micturition symptoms, pain symptoms and significantly improve physical status score. The result has no obvious significanceIn in the sexual, emotional state, social living conditions. Strengthening the spleen and nourishing qi treatment can obviously increase the score, VAS score can be cut down obviously.ConclusionStrengthening the spleen and nourishing qi method can obviously increase the advanced prostate cancer patients quality of life and worthy of clinical promotion.
