Clinical Observations, Of Kidney Qi Law Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Proteinuria

Objective:To observe the curative efect and safety of Modified Can Qi Di Huang Decoction to Diabetic Nephropathy(DN) on the basis of basic therapy, especially the functions of reducing albumin and protein as a whole in the urine of patients, and compare with simple basic therapy. To explore the mechanism and ofer the scientific basis for the further improvement and clinic application of Modified Can Qi Di Huang Decoction.Research methods:Screening 60 cases of Singapore Chinese patients of DN, who belong to the symptom-complex of asthenia of Kidney-Yin and deficiency of Qi, are randomly divided into treatment group and comparison group.The patients in the treatment group take Modified Can Qi Di Huang Decoction on the basis of basic therapy, while the patients in the comparison group are just treated with basic therapy.After eight weeks, we compare the diferences between groups, including the symptoms and relevant clinical parameters; and study the data with statistical analyses.The results:1. The total clinical effective rate of treatment group,90%, with statistical analysis,isbeter than that of comparison group.2. The efective rate of treatment group in the symptom-signs,93.33%, is much beter than that of comparison group with statistical analysis.3. Treatment group have showed statistical significance in terms of reduction of uric albumin excretion rate(UAER). Furthermore, the decline in the treatment group is more obvious than that in the comparison group.4. During clinical experiment, there are no serious badness and side-efect in relation to Chinese herbal medicine.Conclusions:1. Taking Bu Shen Yi Qi Fa Decoction on the basis of basic therapy can significantly improve the clinical effect of DN,and alleviate the clinical symptoms,such as lumbago, polyuria,dizziness, thirst, lassitude, deficiency of vital energy and so on.2. Taking Bu Shen Yi Qi Fa Decoction on the basis of basic therapy obviously decrease UAER of DN.3. By taking Bu Shen Yi Fa Decoction can improve glomerular sclerosis through decreasing hyperlipemia;Bu Shen Yi Qi Fa Decoction can protect indirectly the Kidney by mediating the balance of immune-neuroendocrine interactions.
