Purpose:This topic takes the tea-seed oil as the object of study, which has conducted the fingerprint atlas preliminary study by using the GC-MS makings chromatography to the tea-seed oil. Acquisition and purchase a number of different origin of tea-seed oil and other vegetable oils such as olive oil, comparison and analysis of different origin of tea-seed oil and other vegetable oils and fatty acid composition of contents, combined with GC-MS results, establishment of tea-seed oil fatty acid compositions of total fingerprint, laying a foundation for internal quality control of fatty acid components of tea-seed oil. By similarity analysis of results of the evaluation of its quality, for the tea-seed oil development of quality assessment and quality control standards to provide the scientific basis. Methods:Experiment using a simple, stable sodium hydroxide the methylated methods on samples of tea-seed oil fatty acids (FFA) the derivative methyl pretreatment, the use of the GC-MS, temperament chromatography with derivative product analysis and detection on the analysis of the chromatographic separation conditions,11were screened to determine if the tea-seed oil the best chromatographic conditions, the use of gas chromatography to explore the chromatographic separation conditions of12batches of different origin of tea-seed oil bulk analysis and comparison.Results:Tea-seed oil by gas chromatography separation conditions optimized inlet temperature:250℃; column temperature:temperature programming,120℃to20℃/min rise to160℃,6℃rise to200℃to20℃/min rise to220℃; split ratio of50:1; column flow rate of1.0ml/min; autosampler1ul. Batch analysis of12batches of different origin tea-seed oil, the use of the GC-MS temperament chromatography coupled with technology derived product analysis and detection, a total of7total peaks. Conclusion:The GC-MS Fingerprinting tea-seed oil fatty acids characteristic map, the establishment of fingerprint and cluster analysis and similarity analysis, combined with the GC-MS of its total composition of the identification results for the tea-seed oil quality evaluation system provide basic research basis. Fingerprint from a whole, reflecting the integrity of the sample, characteristics, and provides a wealth of quality assessment information, is an effective way to achieve quality control of TCM.
