Objective:By studying Atractylodes seven particles affect qi and yin of colon slow transit constipation in rats of vasoactive intestinal peptide (vasoactive intestinal peptide, VIP)、substance P and (SP) and neuron specific enolase(neuron specific enolase, NSE), and to explore its therapeutic effect and mechanism of action.Methods:Taking60SD rats of clean grade,which divided into normal group, model group and treatment group,20rats in each group. Except for the normal group(Equal isotonic normal saline subcutaneously), the remaining rats in other groups daily subcutaneous injection of2.5mg/kg of morphine hydrochloride to set up STC model for total45days,and at the same time filling with qingpi、zhike and fuzi.After the mold established, each group are in the corresponding drug treatment once daily for14days.At the final injection,measure the propulsive rates of rats intestinal ink and compare with the level of NSE、VIP&SP in blood serum of rats.Results:1.After building set up,model group and treatment group in the rat of intestinal carbon at the end of the advance rat is significantly lower than the normal group;The treatment group rat afte extractde by seven particles after lavage treatment, the intestinal carbon at the end of the advance is significantly more than the model group.2.The content level of NSE and VIP in colon tissue of rats in the model group and treatment group reduces compared to the normal group,significant difference(p<0.01);but the content level of NSE and VIP in colon tissue of rats in the treatment group rises compared to the normal group,significant difference(p<0.01).3.The content level of SP in colon tissue of rats in the model group and treatment group rises compared to the normal group,significant difference(p<0.01);but the content level of SP in colon tissue of rats in the treatment group reduces compared to the normal group,significant difference(p<0.01)Conclusion:Atractylodes seven particles can significantly strengthen the intestinal transit function of qi and yin of colon slow transit constipation rats,which may be connected with adjust the level of NSE、VIP and SP in colon tissue.
