Effect Of Yifei Deficiency Formula Combined With Brucea Javanica Oil Injection On The Treatment Of Late Stage Non - Small Cell Lung Cancer With Qi - Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of YiFeiBaiDufang combined with YaDanZi Oil emulsion injection on patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Also provide new ideas and methods for TCM comprehensive treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancerMethods:The62patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly assigned to treatment and control groups, Patients were treated with YiFeiBaiDufang combined with YaDanZi Oil emulsion injection in treatment group and chemotherapy alone using TP in control group.21days for a period of two consecutive cycles, Observe the two groups for syndromes,the clinical symptoms, quality of life, weight, tumor and adverse reactions.Results:There were striking difference(p<0.05)between two groups in th rate of clinical benefit and KPS score, Especially in cough and expectoration, lassitude, and dry mouth symptoms (p<0.01);In the treatment group, the Adverse reaction rates is lower with significant difference (p<0.05), while there was no striking difference at tumor size and body weight (p>0.05)Conclusion:Patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer accepted YiFeiBaiDufang combined with YaDanZiOil emulsion injection can improve clinical medicine syndromes and quality of life better than the chemotherapy group, especially in the cough and expectoration, lassitude, and dry mouth symptoms, It can also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions better than chemotherapy alone. It can stabilize the tumor to a certain extent, but with no difference Compared with the control group.
