Objectives:Shenqifuzheng injection was observed effects on the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Select Ⅲ～Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer patients using GP SFI program combined treatment of32patients with a single treatment of30cases with GP solution before and after treatment in PS score, liver and kidney function, blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, OS, median survival, immune function and other aspects of contrast..Results:Shenqifuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer efficacy, KPS score, reduce fatigue and other aspects of spontaneous symptoms were higher than chemotherapy alone group, and the difference was significant. The combined group was significantly lower than in bone marrow suppression with chemotherapy alone in the control group.Conclusions:SFI can be used as adjuvant chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer to improve immune function and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy, improve patient QOL, improve fatigue, spontaneous and other symptoms, increase patient tolerance to chemotherapy and improve the effect of chemotherapy, but also can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to chemotherapy.
