Purpose:To observe the curative effect of the combined treatment ofischemic diabetic foot treated with the therapy of IntegrativeMedicine, summarize the ischemic diabetic foot experience of Integrative Medicine.Material and method:Selection in June2012to October2013in our hospital51patients hospitalized ischemic diabetic foot in the hospital, the doctor oftraditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation can be divided into: hotand humid poison syndrome, blood stasis syndrome.Results:12cases were cured,35cases effective,4cases ineffective. The curerate was23.53%, effective rate was68.63%, no efficiency was7.84%. Before andafter the treatment of wounds significantly narrowed, partly healed.Conclusion:1.Factors to affect the treatment of critical limb ischemia, the presence ofinfection is not the main factor affecting treatment effect.2. Observation of blood flow per second can objectively reflect theacral effective blood volume more than ABI.3. Color Doppler ultrasound measurement of iliac artery and femoral artery bloodflow has its necessity: according to the tibialis anterior, posteriortibial artery blood flow and iliac, femoral artery blood flow ratio deviatesfrom the normal range to determine the degree ofvascular lesions of the plane andwhether the formation of collateral circulation.4. Combined treatment of ischemic diabetic foot for the improvement of limb bloodsupply with traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, symptomsand local wound therapy has a good effect. Chinese and Western medicine in thetreatment of ischemicdiabetic foot with a broad space for development.
