Retrospective Clinical Study Of Shenshu Decoction In Treating Chronic Renal Failure With Spleen - Kidney Deficiency And Dampness And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Purpose：To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound Shenshuai prescriptionTreatment of chronic kidney disease of3-5period (CKD3-5).The Chinese medicinecompound prescription is YUAN Fang professor herself drawn.This is a prescriptiontreatment of TCM Syndrome Types is spleen and kidney deficiency, the wet muddy andblood stasis interties syndrome in patients with CKD3-5.Material and method：102patients were randomly divided into observation group andcontrol group.There are52cases in the control group, the observation group had50cases.Allpatients received treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TraditionalChinese Medicine clinics and wards during March2013to December2013.All patients metthe diagnosis of CKD3-5and not receiving hemodialysis treatment.Control group was givenWestern conventional treatment(Such as diet treatment complications therapy and other),andnot taking Shenshuai prescription.The observation group were increased on the basis of theabove treatment of Shenshuai prescription.Two weeks for a course.Observed before and aftertreatment in patients with symptoms, signs,and statistical analysis of biochemical parametersbefore and after treatment in patients with urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr),estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR),evaluate the efficacy of of the above informationby changing circumstances.Results：1.After the end of treatment,The control group’s total effective rate was61.5%,the totalefficiency of the observation group was88%.The result is the observation group wassignificantly higher than the control group(P <0.05),Clinical symptoms and signs moreobvious in the observation group.2. Patients with BUN, Scr, eGFR improved significantly in the observation group, comparedwith pre-treatment(P<0.01),and better than the control group (P <0.01),Therefore, kidneyfunction improvement more significantly in the observation group. 3. Shenshuai prescription has very good security.Conclusion：1. Conventional Western medicine care plus Shenshuai prescription treatment of CKD3-5isexcellent. This therapy can make CKD3-5attributable spleen and kidney deficiency TCMSyndrome Types, interties the wet muddy and blood stasis in patients with clinical the signsand symptoms improved markedly,and significant improvement in kidney function.This canslow the progression of CKD3-5.The Chinese medicine compound is effective and very safe.2. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic kidneydisease is better than single treatment.The therapy has more advantages,it is worth promoting.
