| Purpose：The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacyof Qi and blood circulation in patients with angina after taking PCI. This studyalso provided a theoretical basis for the treatment of angina in which Qi andblood medicine was applied after coronary intervention.Method: This study used retrospective method. First, by using thecorresponding clinical diagnostic criteria, we selected fifty-six patients withangina who have taken PCI from December2012to December2013.In the next step,we separated patients into two groups:treatment group and control groups. Thirtypatients were in treatment group and twenty-six patients are in control group.Atotal number of fifty-six was treated as the sample size of the study. Bothtreatment lasted two weeks. After primary percutaneous coronary intervention,we used conventional western medicine treatment to the control group. We appliedbe clopidogrel tablets75mg, aspirin sustained-release tablets l00mg,atorvastatin calcium20mg, isosorbidemononitrate40mg to these patients orallyonce a day. To the treatment group, we only used conventional western medicinetreatment without any adjustments. Besides, we applied benefiting Qi andactivating blood circulation medicine to the patients. According to theinvestigation of the judgment of total effect and changes in electrocardiogramand lipids, we analyzed the obtained data to understand the clinical efficacyof Qi and blood circulation method to qi and blood stasis syndrome patients afterPCI.Results：Compared to those fields before treatment, the two groups showedsignificant improvement after treatment in the fields of the symptom score, thetotal effect of clinical symptoms, ECG changes, lipid changes. After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜O.05).Thus, Qi and blood circulation medicine can play a supporting role for clinicalsymptoms after PCI with coronary heart disease, quality of life and improvement of laboratory indicators.Conclusion：1. Qi and blood circulation method is the fundamental method of Chinese medicinetreatment of angina after PCI blood stasis syndrome.2. Qi and blood circulation method can significantly improve patients’ QDBSsyndromes with angina after PCI.3. Qi and blood circulation method can improve in patients’ASDPelectrocardiogram with angina after PCI.4. Yiqihuoxue (benefiting Qi and activating blood circulation) of law canregulate circulation in patients’ QDBS lipids with angina after PCI.5Thismedicine is safe and reliable. No adverse reactions. Statistical resultsshowed that the treatment group was better than the control group. Theseconclusion indicated that Qi blood circulation in patients with angina afterPCI had a good clinical supporting role, which is worthy of further clinicalresearch. |
